Weeds come back in waves, especially after rain, so the best results come from regular treatment. Most clients add weed control to their mowing visit about once a month.

How weed control is priced
For clients on a mowing round, weed control is a simple add-on done roughly once a month as weeds appear. Send a few photos or ask on your next visit and you'll get a price for your yard.
Heavily overgrown beds or large areas are quoted as a one-off clean-up first, then kept under control with regular treatment.

Weed control FAQs
What do you spray with?
Standard, commonly used weed sprays applied as a spot treatment on the weeds only. If you'd prefer, we can use an organic spray instead — just let us know.
Do you hand pull weeds?
Yes. Garden beds, around delicate plants and anywhere spraying isn't suitable are weeded by hand, roots and all where possible.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Sprays are applied only to the weeds, not broadcast across the yard. As with any spray, keep pets and kids off treated areas until it has dried. The organic option is there if you'd like extra peace of mind.
How quickly do the weeds die?
Most sprayed weeds wilt within a few days to a week in warm weather. Tough or deep-rooted weeds may need a second treatment.
Will the weeds come back?
Some will — weeds keep germinating, especially after rain. That's why regular treatment (usually monthly) works much better than a one-off.
Can I add weed control to my mowing visit?
Yes — it's the most popular way. We treat paths and beds while we're already there, so there's no separate call-out.
