What happens when it rains?
Mowing wet grass tears it and leaves ruts, so if it's too wet we'll reschedule — usually within a day or two, depending on how much rain we've had. You'll get a text either way.
How often will my lawn be mowed?
Every two weeks from September to April while grass is growing hard, and every four weeks from May to August when it slows down. One-off mows are available too.
What's included in a lawn mow?
Mowing front and back, edging, whipper snipping, blowing down paths and driveway, clippings into your green bin, and a photo of the finished lawn.
Can you do hedge trimming, weeding or a garden clean-up?
Yes. Extra yard work can be added at an additional cost — either as a regular part of your service, or as a one-off on any visit.
Will my price go up?
No — your price is set on the first mow and doesn't change from visit to visit. If rising costs ever mean a general price review, you'll be told well in advance.
Can I pause over the holidays?
Yes. Just text us before your next mow is due.
How do I pay?
You'll get an invoice by email after each visit, payable by bank transfer. No chasing, no cash.
